  Paid listings are final once processed. We refund only if we remove your listing, and statutory rights always apply.

• How is VAT calculated on your order?

  VAT applies based on your location and status. Check what you'll pay before checkout, and retrieve your invoice afterwards.

• How do I claim my listing and earn the Verified badge?

  Take ownership of your company's entry and display the Verified seal by confirming control of your domain.

• How do I update my listing once it's live?

  Revise your listing's description, tagline, FAQs, links and more at any time. Changes take effect immediately when you save.

• Manage your email, notifications and account closure

  Control which emails you receive, update your sign-in address, or request full account and data removal.

• Which founder profile details must be filled in before a listing is released?

  A listing stays held until the owner's founder profile is complete; this explains what the profile needs and what happens meanwhile.
