Your notification control panel
Visit /account/notifications to curate exactly which notices reach you and by what means. For each type of notification, you select:
- Channel: Email, Telegram or Slack
- Frequency: Instant, Daily digest, Weekly digest or Off
Telegram and Slack notifications route through your own bot or webhook. If you choose a chat channel, you can set optional quiet hours to silence notifications during certain times.
Notices that remain on display
Some notices cannot be turned off. These are essential to your standing in the hall of fame:
- Receipts and refunds
- Payment problems and disputes
- Your listing held for your founder profile
- Listing status changes
- Missing badges
- Security notices (new device sign-in, email change)
Remove a single notice type
Every notification email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Use it to switch off that particular kind of notice without visiting your settings.
Questions people ask
- Can I get notifications on Slack or Telegram?
- Yes. At /account/notifications, select Slack or Telegram as your channel for any notice type. You will need to connect your own bot or webhook.
- Which notifications can I turn off?
- Most. You cannot disable receipts, refunds, payment issues, disputes, listing changes, missing badges or security alerts—these are required to keep your profile in order.
- How do I unsubscribe from one type of notice?
- Open any notification email from us and click the one-click unsubscribe link at the foot. This turns off that notice type only, without affecting others.
