What is Launch Trophies' refund policy?
Paid listings are final once processed. We refund only if we remove your listing, and statutory rights always apply.

Your payment is final
Once you have paid for a listing, the transaction is complete and cannot be reversed. This applies to all purchases made on Launch Trophies.
When we remove a paid listing
If our curation team rejects or takes down a paid listing after payment, you receive a full refund automatically to your original payment method. We also send a credit note. For cryptocurrency payments, we require a payout address from you to process the refund.
Disputes and chargebacks
If a payment is disputed or reversed through your payment provider, all items purchased with that order are immediately removed. Should the dispute resolve in our favour, the listing can be restored to the cabinet.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

- Can I get my money back if I change my mind?
- No. Payments are final once processed. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
- What happens if Launch Trophies removes my listing?
- You receive a full automatic refund to your original payment method, and we issue a credit note. Crypto payments require you to provide a payout address.
- What occurs if my payment is disputed?
- Your listing is taken down while the dispute is open. If resolved in our favour, the listing may be restored.
